Hi! I'm Annelise, but you can call me Annie. I currently live in Nashville and have been here since 2012. I grew up in Rockford, IL.

I started learning how to use a DSLR when I was 10 years old. In high school, my musical theater director asked me to take headshots for the cast and crew of a show I was in. I had a lot of fun with it, but I really fell in love with photo and video in college when I started shooting live music in Nashville. I shot my first wedding in 2015, and I have been a director and photographer full time since 2018.

People who know me usually describe me as "chill," which I'm learning to like about myself. I am pretty easy to please. I love a good iced coffee, being creative in every aspect of life, traveling with friends, and taking pictures as I go.

Along with shooting engagements and weddings, I regularly create photo and video content for clients including UMG Nashville, Red Light Management, Peermusic, Riverhouse Artists, BMG Nashville, Red Creative Group, Banner Music, The Conservancy, the Nashville Opera Guild, Freetown Music Group, and various artists including Noelle Scaggs of Fitz and the Tantrums, Jordan Rowe, Doug Seegers, Gabe Dixon, Parker McCollum, Texas Hill, Catie Offerman, Tyler Dial, Lilly Winwood, Canaan Cox,  and many more.

Some of my favorite projects were with Apple Music on the Maren Morris: Reimagined Project, Heather Morgan on her Opry Debut, Crowdsurf Entertainment with Dusty Slay's Opry Debut, and American Songwriter Magazine on coverage for Bonnaroo and Pilgrimage Music Festival.

Let's create something together. Or just get in touch! Shoot me a text or email and I'd love to chat.
